These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to Brentara at brentara.online and the browser games we link or host. By using the site after the effective date, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the site.
1. The service
Brentara offers casual, browser-based games for personal entertainment. Games may open in a new tab or window. No account is required and no fee is charged by us to play the titles we present. Third-party services (for example ads or analytics inside a game) are governed by those parties’ terms.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the site.
- You use the site only for lawful, personal, non-commercial entertainment unless we agree otherwise in writing.
3. Acceptable conduct
You agree not to misuse Brentara. Without limitation, you must not:
- Break the law or infringe others’ rights;

4. In-game content is not “real world” value
Scores, labels, levels, and similar elements exist only inside each game. They are not currency, prizes, or property you can redeem outside the site. Everything here is for leisure.
5. Intellectual property
Site design, Brentara branding, text, images, and integrated game implementations belong to Brentara or licensors. You receive a limited, revocable licence to use the site in your browser for personal entertainment. Any other use requires our prior permission unless mandatory law says otherwise.
6. Changes, availability, and removal
We may modify, suspend, or remove games, pages, or features at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that any title will remain available. We are not responsible for downtime caused by third parties (hosting, networks, your device, etc.).
7. Enforcement
We may restrict or end access if we reasonably believe these Terms are broken or if continued access could harm Brentara, other users, or third parties.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and games are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brentara and its operators, affiliates, and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the site or games—even if we were advised such damages were possible. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent still permitted.
10. Third-party links and games
Links and embedded experiences may lead to independent sites or scripts. We do not control third-party content or policies. Use them at your own risk.
11. Updates to these Terms
We may revise these Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date when we publish changes. Your continued use after the new effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the site.
